RENTAL QUOTES will be good for one month. If a quote is not confirmed by then it will be voided. Once confirmed, a deposit must be sent at least two months in advance of the event. The deposit is non-refundable.
RENTAL RESERVATIONS require a deposit in advance – again, not refundable. Deposits must be made at least two months before the event. If the reservation is made within two months the deposit is due at the time.
Reservations that include a tent require at least 50% of the tent price for the deposit.
Reservations without a tent require at least 25% of the total order for the deposit.
We’ve reached that point in the summer when Saturday business drops to nothing after 11AM.
Because of this, and to keep from having to stare at each other for the last four hours of the day, we’ve decided to close at noon on Saturdays beginning on July 19.
